DropLit: A HackDavis Project

DropLit is a project created for HackDavis 2020, with a team of four, including me, working toward the goal of social good. A webpage was set up for anyone to pin the location of any water filling stations and rate them, in an effort to reduce plastic bottle consumption. As this was just a demo of the project, some necessary additions were not yet put in place, such as a user account database and a verification system. However, this project was a great opportunity for the group and me to demonstrate our skills in web development, database management, server-client interactions, and API integration, as we did take advantage of the Google Maps API.
